We are a condominium association, and were suffering water intrusion on two north side walls of our building. After numerous inspections and quotes from various companies, Tru Colors was recommended to me by a well respected contractor. From the very beginning they were attentive, professional and absolutely efficient. The owner, Paul Wilson, came and inspected the surfaces, putting together a proposal to pressure test two entire walls, in search of the source of our issues. Their team, led by Zak and Demetrius, went right to work locating all areas of water intrusion. Once the areas were identified, and their proposal was agreed upon, they immediately pressure cleaned the walls for painting, removing all loose paint, dirt and mildew from the surface. they repaired all cracks in the stucco, using elastomeric patch. Followed by Loxon Conditioning Sealer, and two coats of Conflex Waterproofer. They went well above and beyond, including the immediate areas around the major walls, blending the paint to the surrounding building. It looks amazing!.
Just this week South Florida has been besieged with heavy rain again, the last month rainfall records were set. Yet our building has not shown even the slightest sign of moisture, thanks to the relentless effort of Tru Colors.
They showed up on time everyday, their team was efficient and considerate, cleaning up after themselves, and they completed the project within the scope of the contract.
This is a company you want to work with. After receiving outlandish quotes for testing and repairs, from other companies, Tru Color was a welcome relief. Not only was their work impeccable, but the cost of the job was considerably less than all other quotes we received. I hate writing this review, I would prefer to keep them as our little secret. But this is a company that cares, and delivers in a way few others do, so they desrve to be heralded. They receive the highest marks I can possibly give them, Tru Colors Painting and Waterproofing is a premiere example of what a contractor should be.
